Truhouse has now completely replaced all the windows and doors in our period country property. Throughout the whole process from initial site visit, through quotation, survey, fitting and snagging the service provided has been nothing short of superb.

We have used Truhouse before to replace a window and when two large screens needed replacing we asked for the same team to install them. Six fitters were needed and they were all brilliant and really helpful. We would highly recommend this company and cannot fault the quality of the finished product.

Another excellent job carried out, this time, by Steve and Adam who replaced two sets of wooden framed windows with UPVC double glazed units. All done in just under two and a half hours, including all the tidying up! Very lucky to have such a brilliant, family run business on our doorstep. Thank you!

Had all windows and doors replaced for first time after building the house 22 years ago so was anxious of damage being done to the exterior plaster and stonework work, but was reassured by Paul who measured up that it would be minimal and I’m pleased to say this is the case after the job has been completed. Truhouse recently fitted a front door in our new house. They were so friendly throughout and were able to get us a made-to-measure composite door which other companies were not able to due to the door not being of standard size. They worked really hard to get the fitting date early as we were unable to lock our existing door from the outside. The fitting went smoothly and the door is really good quality and looks lovely. I would highly recommend this company 5* throughout.

We had three quotes and truhouse although not the cheapest had the most helpful representative who took the time to examine our existing windows and go through the options of what we could have. The installation was trouble-free and the installers were polite and tidy. The installers identified a scratch on one of the glazing units and this is being replaced without quibble. The new windows and door perform well with room temperatures several degrees higher and we are very pleased with the result.

The customer service and communication is very good, the quality of the products is very very good and the price is fair in my view. A wonderful company who I heartily recommend. My sister is disabled, living in a ground floor flat, with a casement window that had failed and was a great security worry. Another small problem with our windows – not a fault of truhouse. – had a breakdown of seal between glass panes and filling with water.  The support they gave from start to sorted was unbelievably smooth, efficient, and they did everything. The blokes arrived on the first morning and I had to rush off to work leaving them to it, having to trust them in the house and I really felt I could. The installers went about their business efficiently obviously enjoying their work. The house was left in a very tidy condition. The finishing inside and out is excellent. Even the company owner came by to lend a hand and check it out. Love the result.

Excellent customer service. The windows and doors came the day arranged and nice and early, all fitted efficiently and were good quality and well fitted. I had the choice of colour/material and chrome handle etc. I chose white frames inside and brown outside to fit in with the neighbours but looking fresh and bright inside. Thanks again and I will use you again when I move house next!
