We used Truhouse to replace our front door earlier this year on our newish build house and we are really pleased with it so we used them again to replace some windows after a negative experience with the original installers not taking responsibility to do repairs.
Truhouse are really quick and efficient from quote to installation and they are really good to communicate and keep updated. We were able to benefit from the 2.5% rebate this time too. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used Truhouse before to replace a window and when two large screens needed replacing we asked for the same team to install them. Six fitters were needed and they were all brilliant and really helpful. We would highly recommend this company and cannot fault the quality of the finished product.

Had all windows and doors replaced for first time after building the house 22 years ago so was anxious of damage being done to the exterior plaster and stonework work, but was reassured by Paul who measured up that it would be minimal and I’m pleased to say this is the case after the job has been completed. Truhouse recently fitted a front door in our new house. They were so friendly throughout and were able to get us a made-to-measure composite door which other companies were not able to due to the door not being of standard size. They worked really hard to get the fitting date early as we were unable to lock our existing door from the outside. The fitting went smoothly and the door is really good quality and looks lovely. I would highly recommend this company 5* throughout.

We had three quotes and truhouse although not the cheapest had the most helpful representative who took the time to examine our existing windows and go through the options of what we could have. The installation was trouble-free and the installers were polite and tidy. The installers identified a scratch on one of the glazing units and this is being replaced without quibble. The new windows and door perform well with room temperatures several degrees higher and we are very pleased with the result.

We have just had a new composite front door and side panel fitted by truhouse. The team were so professional, great communication especially in these COVID times and the fitters were excellent. Excellent service from start to finish:- 1) Efficient and friendly initial sales and survey visits; 2) Clear communications during lockdown whilst I was “shielding”; 3) Much appreciated storage of our windows and doors during lockdown; 4) Efficient installation by very considerate installers, and finally 5) Good after-sales service with regard to the small blemishes on paintwork on the door etc.

The blokes arrived on the first morning and I had to rush off to work leaving them to it, having to trust them in the house and I really felt I could. So friendly and helpful and good communication with the staff in the office too. Few very small issues that they were more than accommodating to come back and sort with no issues or problems.

When Stroud Windows changed their name to truhouse. I was concerned that perhaps they were trying to hide a murky past. How wrong was I! I received an excellent, efficient and courteous service from everyone at truhouse. and the online self-design function for Solidor is superb.

Excellent customer service. The windows and doors came the day arranged and nice and early, all fitted efficiently and were good quality and well fitted. I had the choice of colour/material and chrome handle etc. I chose white frames inside and brown outside to fit in with the neighbours but looking fresh and bright inside.
