Two very nice, friendly and professional guys replaced my ropey old conservatory doors this morning with two beautiful tailor-made doors which I have already noticed keep out the draught and noise. Everything was left spotlessly clean and tidy and the work was done by lunchtime. I wouldn’t call truhouse. a cheap option but the work is done with care and with good quality materials.

I was slightly apprehensive having the windows replaced with frost on the ground, and having had a chequered past with double glazing installs didn’t help either, but I did not need to worry, the installation went like clockwork. The install team made really light work of a big job with a smile and a lot of professionalism. Once again a big thanks to all, getting decent support and quality workmanship is on the wain nowadays so it is nice to recommend a company where it still exists.

Right from the first call back they were friendly, courteous and helpful. The initial surveyor that came out to quote was knowledgeable and extremely thorough checking everything would fit correctly. Not at all pushy and about closing the deal. All communication was really easy, I always got a response to my emails and didn’t have to wait very long to have the doors installed. The installers were fantastic. I think my house was cleaner after they left than it was before! I am so pleased that I went with this company.

No, the only time you must book an appointment is if you wish to visit on a Saturday, as the showroom is open by appointment only on Saturdays, and we wouldn’t want you to arrive only to be disappointed to find the showroom closed. To book a Saturday appointment please call us on 01432 242242.
Walk-ins during opening hours are most welcome, although booking ensures we have the best member of our friendly team on hand to help during your visit, and we’re able to tailor your experience to best meet your needs.
Less than 1 mile away, our showroom’s just a short 15-minute walk from Hereford Station (Hereford Station, Station Approach, Hereford, Herefordshire, HR1 1BB). You can find walking directions here.
The best place to park is in one of several free designated parking spaces in front of our showroom.
Our ground-floor showroom is accessible via wheelchair, so you can view all of our products with ease.
Children are most welcome – our showroom is lovely and spacious so even a buggy will find its way around with ease.
Much like children, well-behaved dogs are more than welcome in the showroom. That said, if you’re the proud owner of several lively dogs, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
No, we don’t, but it is in the works! Our showroom is currently undergoing product updates and is also having some functionality revamped in line with feedback from valued customers like you.
