Excellent service from start to finish. No hard sell. I approached them at the Hereford showroom. Excellent communication of when the door would be made and for organising the fitting date. Fitters on the day were great and did a very neat job. I would highly recommended them.

Helpful from day one. The team listened, to our aesthetic and financial wants and needs and helped us choose the right windows for our significant restoration project. Communication was spot on throughout the process. The guys who fitted the windows were helpful and worked brilliantly with our builder. All of the office team were thoughtful and kept us informed throughout. Couldn’t be more pleased with the end result and would recommend without hesitation.

I was slightly apprehensive having the windows replaced with frost on the ground, and having had a chequered past with double glazing installs didn’t help either, but I did not need to worry, the installation went like clockwork. The install team made really light work of a big job with a smile and a lot of professionalism. Once again a big thanks to all, getting decent support and quality workmanship is on the wain nowadays so it is nice to recommend a company where it still exists.

Right from the first call back they were friendly, courteous and helpful. The initial surveyor that came out to quote was knowledgeable and extremely thorough checking everything would fit correctly. Not at all pushy and about closing the deal. All communication was really easy, I always got a response to my emails and didn’t have to wait very long to have the doors installed. The installers were fantastic. I think my house was cleaner after they left than it was before! I am so pleased that I went with this company.
