To proceed with your warranty claim, we require a copy of your full, legally signed Contract of Sale — exactly as it was issued to you at the time of signing.
⚠️ This must include all pages, not just the signature page.

Where to find your Contract of Sale
👉 Signed before 18/08/2020: You received the physical paper contract at the time of signing.
👉 Signed between 18/08/2020 and 20/11/2023: You received a PDF copy via email immediately after digitally signing through Adobe Sign.
👉 Signed from 21/11/2023 onwards: You received a PDF copy via email immediately after digitally signing through PandaDoc.
