A copy of your signed Contract of Sale is required in order to verify your purchase and enable our team and relevant supplier(s) to identify all necessary product, installation, and warranty details.
Uploading anything other than your Contract of Sale will delay your warranty claim — quotes, invoices, payment acknowledgements, and bank statements are not able to be accepted.
If you are unable to locate your signed Contract of Sale, please call your nearest truhouse team for guidance.
