A family member bought new windows and doors from truhouse recently, so recommended them to us. Like other reviews have mentioned, there is no annoying sales pitch, they simply ask what you want and provide a quote. Everything is very quick and efficient. The fitters were friendly and cleaned up well and the office staff have communicated very well throughout. Thank you truhouse, we are very pleased! We will be back for another quote at some point to replace our faulty windows!

Had all windows and doors replaced for first time after building the house 22 years ago so was anxious of damage being done to the exterior plaster and stonework work, but was reassured by Paul who measured up that it would be minimal and I’m pleased to say this is the case after the job has been completed. We went to the Truhouse showroom in Stroud the staff were brilliant and explained everything there was no pressure. Chris came out to measure up for a new front door and glass side panel, we had the quote for the door etc which we were pleased with. A short time later our door was ready to be fitted. Dan and Josh were brilliant, they quickly removed the shop front door and windows, they checked to ensure safe removal of the glass and wood frames and kept the area clean and tidy. Truhouse recently fitted a front door in our new house. They were so friendly throughout and were able to get us a made-to-measure composite door which other companies were not able to due to the door not being of standard size. They worked really hard to get the fitting date early as we were unable to lock our existing door from the outside. The fitting went smoothly and the door is really good quality and looks lovely. I would highly recommend this company 5* throughout.

We had three quotes and truhouse although not the cheapest had the most helpful representative who took the time to examine our existing windows and go through the options of what we could have. The installation was trouble-free and the installers were polite and tidy. The installers identified a scratch on one of the glazing units and this is being replaced without quibble. The new windows and door perform well with room temperatures several degrees higher and we are very pleased with the result.

The customer service and communication is very good, the quality of the products is very very good and the price is fair in my view. A wonderful company who I heartily recommend. My sister is disabled, living in a ground floor flat, with a casement window that had failed and was a great security worry. After reading reviews I phoned and booked. We were kept updated at every stage. The window was fitted with great care by 2 lovely gentlemen & they spent time adjusting the handles so my sister could open the windows with her weak hands. Another small problem with our windows – not a fault of truhouse. – had a breakdown of seal between glass panes and filling with water.  The support they gave from start to sorted was unbelievably smooth, efficient, and they did everything. After they left, some of the trim came away from the wall and we noticed a crack in the architrave, but these little issues were speedily rectified. Highly recommended.

The blokes arrived on the first morning and I had to rush off to work leaving them to it, having to trust them in the house and I really felt I could. When Stroud Windows changed their name to truhouse. I was concerned that perhaps they were trying to hide a murky past. How wrong was I! I received an excellent, efficient and courteous service from everyone at truhouse. and the online self-design function for Solidor is superb.

We had our windows replaced because our home was freezing! The new uPVC windows and doors that we had has made such a difference to the look of our home too. I think I liked the honest pricing most. It’s been a long time since we had something like this done and was worried about being ripped off!

Excellent customer service. The windows and doors came the day arranged and nice and early, all fitted efficiently and were good quality and well fitted. I had the choice of colour/material and chrome handle etc. I chose white frames inside and brown outside to fit in with the neighbours but looking fresh and bright inside. Thanks again and I will use you again when I move house next!
