We have used Truhouse before to replace a window and when two large screens needed replacing we asked for the same team to install them. Another excellent job carried out, this time, by Steve and Adam who replaced two sets of wooden framed windows with UPVC double glazed units. Great quality products and installation. Working with Truhouse was a pleasure from the day we visited the showroom, all the way to signing off the installation. Once we decided what products we wanted, the survey was conducted in great detail which helped the installation go very smoothly. Had all windows and doors replaced for first time after building the house 22 years ago so was anxious of damage being done to the exterior plaster and stonework work, but was reassured by Paul who measured up that it would be minimal and I’m pleased to say this is the case after the job has been completed. Dan and Josh were brilliant, they quickly removed the shop front door and windows, they checked to ensure safe removal of the glass and wood frames and kept the area clean and tidy. Truhouse recently fitted a front door in our new house. They were so friendly throughout and were able to get us a made-to-measure composite door which other companies were not able to due to the door not being of standard size. They worked really hard to get the fitting date early as we were unable to lock our existing door from the outside. The fitting went smoothly and the door is really good quality and looks lovely. I would highly recommend this company 5* throughout.

We had three quotes and truhouse although not the cheapest had the most helpful representative who took the time to examine our existing windows and go through the options of what we could have. The installation was trouble-free and the installers were polite and tidy. The installers identified a scratch on one of the glazing units and this is being replaced without quibble. The new windows and door perform well with room temperatures several degrees higher and we are very pleased with the result.

A wonderful company who I heartily recommend. My sister is disabled, living in a ground floor flat, with a casement window that had failed and was a great security worry. Another small problem with our windows – not a fault of truhouse. – had a breakdown of seal between glass panes and filling with water.  The support they gave from start to sorted was unbelievably smooth, efficient, and they did everything. I cannot recommend truhouse. enough. I have had several different companies do work on the glazing, doors and conservatory in the house I just wish I had found truhouse. earlier. We’ve just had lovely Bereco timber windows and kitchen door installed by truhouse. Excellent service from start to finish:- 1) Efficient and friendly initial sales and survey visits; 2) Clear communications during lockdown whilst I was “shielding”; 3) Much appreciated storage of our windows and doors during lockdown; 4) Efficient installation by very considerate installers, and finally 5) Good after-sales service with regard to the small blemishes on paintwork on the door etc.

truhouse. have replaced all the old windows in our old renovated house. All such good quality and so so pleased with the work. The blokes arrived on the first morning and I had to rush off to work leaving them to it, having to trust them in the house and I really felt I could. So friendly and helpful and good communication with the staff in the office too. Few very small issues that they were more than accommodating to come back and sort with no issues or problems.

I had all windows and external doors replaced. The cost estimate was lower than expected, the quality of the windows and doors is excellent. The installation date was also quicker than I expected. The installers went about their business efficiently obviously enjoying their work. The house was left in a very tidy condition. The finishing inside and out is excellent. When Stroud Windows changed their name to truhouse. I was concerned that perhaps they were trying to hide a murky past. How wrong was I! I received an excellent, efficient and courteous service from everyone at truhouse. and the online self-design function for Solidor is superb.

If I could award points they would be 150 out of 100. That is how great this company has been. I feel like I have a new home. I opted for triple glazing – it’s silent and I have turned the heating off as it’s plenty warm enough already. Each room seems bigger, brighter and OH SO MUCH BETTER.

Excellent customer service. The windows and doors came the day arranged and nice and early, all fitted efficiently and were good quality and well fitted. I had the choice of colour/material and chrome handle etc. I chose white frames inside and brown outside to fit in with the neighbours but looking fresh and bright inside. Thanks again and I will use you again when I move house next!
