Door installed quickly but with attention to detail. Took time to check that we were happy with everything and cleared up very thoroughly. Cheerful and polite – despite having to work in a rain storm.

We had three quotes and truhouse although not the cheapest had the most helpful representative who took the time to examine our existing windows and go through the options of what we could have. The installation was trouble-free and the installers were polite and tidy. The installers identified a scratch on one of the glazing units and this is being replaced without quibble. The new windows and door perform well with room temperatures several degrees higher and we are very pleased with the result.

The customer service and communication is very good, the quality of the products is very very good and the price is fair in my view. A wonderful company who I heartily recommend. My sister is disabled, living in a ground floor flat, with a casement window that had failed and was a great security worry. After reading reviews I phoned and booked. We were kept updated at every stage. The window was fitted with great care by 2 lovely gentlemen & they spent time adjusting the handles so my sister could open the windows with her weak hands. Another small problem with our windows – not a fault of truhouse. – had a breakdown of seal between glass panes and filling with water.  The support they gave from start to sorted was unbelievably smooth, efficient, and they did everything. I contacted truhouse. and within 48 hours they sent around Adam and Steve, who did a great job of re-aligning the door which works great now. We had a very positive experience with truhouse. The installation itself went very smoothly and we are delighted with the result. The guys that came were lovely to deal withand we can’t fault them for their workmanship and tidiness – cleaned up at end of each day. We were amazed how little touching up of paint etc around the windows inside needed doing. All in all not the cheapest quote we had but very much impressed with the job done and the windows.

From the first visit to the day of installation they were great. Very knowledgeable of all products, very competitive pricing and always keeping us up to date. On the day of installation two very polite and friendly guys arrived on time. They removed the old door and frame without damaging the brick surround and then installed the new Solidor and frame. After they left, some of the trim came away from the wall and we noticed a crack in the architrave, but these little issues were speedily rectified. Highly recommended.

The blokes arrived on the first morning and I had to rush off to work leaving them to it, having to trust them in the house and I really felt I could. So friendly and helpful and good communication with the staff in the office too. Few very small issues that they were more than accommodating to come back and sort with no issues or problems.
